My highest priority is to complete your projects successfully by using all my expertise and experience in project management. Since projects in the financial sector have an effect on the entire company and, more often than not, very different areas have to become interlinked, it is important to think outside the box. As a result, not only facts and figures, but also personal contacts play an important role. In addition to my know-how therefore, I am also a team player.

 

Here are some examples of my previous activities:

- Collaboration in the Global Audit Group for the internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)-testing in preparation of an audit to be carried out by external auditors

- Project management for the financial accounting segment of a project designed to implement Navision Software

- Support the transfer of the Back Office / Treasury Department and the General Ledger Accounting from Germany to Hungary, including training the new staff

- Establishment of a European Financial and Accounting Centre while instituting SAP and setting up electronic banking
